Meet The Chef
R. H. Cole Jeanes
Ever since he can remember, Cole was always interested in creating things. It was the thing he did without being asked, a natural desire to make. Growing up, he realized his love for design, restaurants, cooking and hospitality, and decided to turn his passions into a career. Starting off his journey with culinary school and from there working in the best restaurants in the Memphis and surrounding areas. His experiences allows him to explore new ideas while also holding onto and respecting foundational cooking techniques. This alongside the best ingredients from local farmers and makers yields dishes that create great experiences that turn into great memories.
